The General Director also oversees the reduction of receivables and payables, the efficient use of financial resources, the implementation of decisions adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Supervisory Board, and the proper maintenance and timely submission of accounting records and reports in accordance with applicable regulations.

Responsibilities and Key Duties

The Technical Director is responsible for implementing the Company's technical policy, coordinating engineering and design activities, and developing the organization's technical development strategy. The Technical Director coordinates the activities of engineering and design departments, promotes the adoption of modern technologies and international best practices, and ensures compliance with technical standards and quality requirements.

His responsibilities include the technical review of investment and infrastructure projects, assessment of project documentation, evaluation of technical risks, and development of proposals to improve the efficiency of engineering solutions.

He supervises compliance with technical discipline during engineering, production, construction, and installation activities and ensures adherence to occupational safety and industrial safety requirements.
